JKW heat shield will greatly reduce the engine heat coming from under the seat. My heat shield has punched holes for the seat post which makes for easy alignment during installation. Seat belt slots are cut unlike others for sale. To install just remove the push pins from the plastic trim between the cushion and seat back. Place the heat shield over seat post and tuck the back under the plastic trim. Use a screw driver to punch holes for the push pins, reinsert the pins and you’re done.
