Work yesterday. Throat started feeling itchy. Sinuses draining a little. Body aches. Feel like been hit by a freight train. Feel like got a little fever.

I feel your pain...literally. Started about mid week. Sore throat, sinuses stopped up then pouring like a waterfall. Coughing up some interesting shades of green snot. Just felt like crap! Hope ya feel better, I dug out some old antibiotics, so we'll see....

Need to drug up when symptoms start.

Feeling much better today, but this was my Thursday calendar drug list.
(19th) Sinus, cough, aches
1 - Multivitamin
1 - 325mg aspirin
1 - Vit B6, B12, C, D3
2 - 50 mg zinc
250lb ivm
Plus dayquil and niquil
.

Still dealing with it. Drainage, joints hurting, and little or no energy. Did manage to go to work today.
