I'd guess you need all new a-arms and gear reduction for a "full kit" to run 32 inch tires. I'm looking forward to more info

32” tires here. IGR is a must IMO.

CATVOS front arms 2.5” forward and SATV rear 1.5” rearward.

I’ll be watching this closely

This is the first kit they are doing. OEM width setup. The next kit will be long travel. Been messaging them on Facebook.

Long travel with normal length shock? Just got 814s but I'd love more travel

Long travel for the pioneer would be VERY intriguing

They said they would prefer to use a factory style shock for ease of kit but he didn’t know if they could make that work. This first kit they have coming will definitely use a factory style shock but won’t be considered “long travel”

Long travel is something I would love to do on my P1000. Fabbing longer arms is very doable. Longer tie rods are very easy.
Longer axle shafts?

Found several places that can do custom length shafts.

Talon parts?? Spent some time at the dealer today and took some pics. I swear I could graft in Talon factory arms for the front. Would require some new frame mounts.

Will the Talon inner CV fit the P1000? I know the Talon has the intelligent 4wd, but does that change the CV.

The rear would be totally custom arms.

Front talon shafts will fit an LE only, if they fit any Pioneer. Rears are up in the air with it being a locked diff vs open on Pioneer.

Any idea what the difference is for LE/Talon vs normal? Was wondering if the LE would work in a normal Pioneer, but a normal not in an LE due to something like a tone ring for the LE's I4WD system

I4wd uses a tone wheel on the cv shaft.
Much like an abs sensor in automotive. That is how it senses slip and applies brake.

Just wondering if the LE with the tone ring will fit in a standard. Or if the tone ring makes it so dimensionally different, it will not. If it will, we could possibly use the Talon in a non LE Pioneer, it would just have an unused tone ring.

I don't believe a LE axle will fit in a standard Pioneer. Different seal diameter etc.

Anyone heard an update? Not real sure why I’m asking because it’s going to be hard to justify the purchase. Just for comparison, the Kawi teryx kit would be pretty much the same as the pioneer and it’s $5000.

BUT, I could sell the Elka stage 3, front and rear a-arms, and axles to offset the cost.

Dang it! Why did they have to start making this?

Last I heard the “stock” kit was done and out for testing. Haven’t heard anything on the long arm kit.

Catvos kit: $1200
Rear SATV: $300
Elka S3: $2000

I’ve got $3500 value just naming those three parts already so I guess it’s not that bad.
