Checked mine all the stickers surprisingly were still on them, they aren't on the list. Which is good because I've had a lot of equipment on them in the past few years lmao

Lol, same. I had a new set of the 3 ton because I needed a small one to change oil in my Civic. All my others are old and battle tested.

I got 6 Ton Snap-On stands for less than that when they were in a flyer. I think Hein-Werner may also be made in USA??? Not sure on OTC. Sometimes NAPA has decent shop stuff in their flyers.

In my younger days, I had a Chi-Com impact socket explode and send shards into my face and arms. That cured me of cheap tools. I look at tools as a lifetime investment.

I don’t trust ANY jack stand period.

I have several stands and use them, but I was taught at home ( and working in a shop part time) to always have a secondary safety plan.

If I have the tires off, I always shove them under the vehicle so that they stop the vehicle from crushing me. I’ll stack wide boards a couple tall on the tires if necessary. I might only take one tire off at a time.

I’ll even use extra floor jacks etc. I try to use stuff that is grossly over rated too.

The ones I have are Snap-on and several years old.Found this on google.
