P700m4 Guess who skidded up?

I ordered and received my new S&S Fabrication skid plate. I'm going back to Royal Blue this weekend so I had to get it on! I got a lot of it finished last night. I just need to drill a couple more holes and finish bolting it up. Very impressed with the quality and customer service. 5yr warranty included helped sway me this direction. I couldn't get very good pics.

If you call him directly you'll get a little better price. I had the same dilemma. I tried buying UHMW but the price on that stuff has skyrocketed. In the end I went with S&S because it is a lot cheaper ($660 for UHMW vs $440 for Aluminum). Plus he guarantees his stuff for 5yrs. Honestly I don't plan on keeping the machine 5yrs.

Thanks for the reply. I'm in the same boat. I think I could pick up a sheet of the UHMW for about $450 but this might be a better way to go. Thanks again.

No problem bud. That is about the price I was looking at if I made the UHMW myself. However, there would've also been quite a bit of time involved. Also I needed a couple of tools I didn't have. In the long run this was by far the cheapest and easiest option. I'll be testing the heck out of it this weekend so I'll let you know how it goes.
