P1000 Front end width

Hey Honda Clubbers,
When I was setting my alignment last month i noticed my strings are further away from the front tires. Would it enhance performance to space them an inch out each side. I realize there may be more mud spray.

How much narrower is it?

Oh gosh. I did not measure it but at the time I was thinking it was over a 1/2" each side.
