You’re gunna knock yourself out!!

I personally have never used the headrests and I also don't ride without a helmet. I think having the harness at the right height is more advantageous than getting tugged downward all the time. If need be I can move the upper headrest forward but i doubt it will be necessary

Yeah.. it’s not so bad there.. it looked like it was right where your head would make contact with the pad. We never wear helmets but I do like having that bar between the headrests to hang stuff from. That will be handy.

I'm pretty confident it's in the right place. I know lower is more convenient but it's not more comfortable for the harness. Further back would use more of the harness strap but it makes dumping the bed an issue. Like I said, the headrest is easy to move but it probably won't be necessary

Do you know any drag racers in your area? The harnesses have to be replaced or re-certified every two years to pass NHRA tech. Most guys just buy new ones, the out of date belts can be picked up normally for $25-40 and usually are in good condition.

i have had both the 3" and 2" pro armor harnesses. i traded them out for a set of PRP 3.2 5 points (three inch laps and 2 inch shoulders) i really like them but my wife likes the sewn in style of the pro armors.

  1. Do not currently own
I have Pro Armors, however if I had it to do again I would buy the Can Am or Polaris retracting harness. It's pricey but I like to be able to move forward.
