FIXED-Squeaky-chirping exhaust

My 2021 Pioneer exhaust had a very annoying squeaky/chirp that finally drove me to get serious about finding and fixing. I had previously tightened all the hose clamp fasteners that hold the heat guards in place but that didn’t do the job. Turns out that one of the pipe clamps was the problem. The clamp circled in pic was the culprit. I simply loosened the two 12mm bolts and retighten. No more squeak.

This is common and I hope it works for you, but it's not unusual for it to come back eventually. When that happens, try an automotive clamp in the area. That fixed mine, and it's been going strong for...maybe 2000 miles now.

P700 - 2018 700-4 Noise

Just into my first weekend owning my new 700-4 Deluxe, and I notice an annoying squeal from the engine/exhaust when the machine is running idle. It becomes louder and more noticeable when I push on the accelerator. Has anyone had the same issue or heard of anyone have similar noises from the...

I've tried a few things to fix the exhaust chirp/ sqeeek, but haven't had alot of success. I tried loosening both bolts then drive around till exhaust good and hot. Then immediately stopped and tightened both bolts. Even tried to just tightened the front bolt only. But only changed the noise slightly. Gonna try the auto zone 1 3/4" exhaust clamp next. The only time I have peace of mind and the noise is gone, is when the bolts are loose. I wish I could just take them our and run without them. The noise makes it a pain in the butt, when your trying to sneek into your deer hunting area before the hunt. Any other ideas????
