i got a 1inch spit on the side wall about 1.5 inches from the rim. I don’t think slime will fix this but I haven’t had much experience with it. The tire will get flat pretty quick.

I’m thinking I have to replace it but I am not sure if I need to replace any others because of mileage wear on the other rear. My 1000-5 has 850 miles.

I also don’t feel like spending the money on replacing all of them. Eventually I would like to do a new wheel and tire package

Ya. Replace it.
Could have it repaired. I forget what they call it. Have to find a shop that did that.

Boot? Vulcanized?

I'd shove a s***load of plugs and cement in it, and if it holds....
Just send it!

I put a big patch on the inside of the tire and a tube just for giggles on my original blackstone tires when they had like 300 miles on them. I ended up putting another 2500 miles on them before they got wore out, never had another problem with the wound.

Good to know. I just came across this video.

I haven’t priced out what a new tire would be yet. I’m not sure where to get a used one.

Vulcanize - you have to find a place that still does it. We have one local and they are not a normal tire shop mostly seem to deal with big commercial truck tires. They will vulcanize a tire for about $30-$35.
