I took my P1K5 in for service on Thursday, got it back same day, took it for a test drive that night and what a difference in the shifting noise, drivetrain noise and shifting smoothness, very happy with that. Took her out today for a 20 mile ride, WOW!!!!!!! Shifting is a smooth as butter on a warm day and the shifting noise is almost non existent, on pavement you can't hear it at all (mainly tire noise) and barely hear it on the trail. I cannot believe it has gotten that much better. My wife asked the first day we had it, would it always be that loud, today answered her question. Now I'm sure some guys machines were quieter from the get the go and some are probably louder and I would also imagine how you break them in. I think if your a little more aggressive on your break in, your shifting was probably a lot smoother by the time you did the first service. I'm Happy as a Pig in MUD!!!! Lol
