P1000 Extra Wiring???

Was looking under the hood of my 2021 pioneer and noticed a wire next to the batter and the end is taped up. Pretty heavy wire. Anyone know what this is used for? I added a photo

I was thinking it had something to do with winch wiring because of the size thanks
