P500 Engine surge

So not long after i swamped her, she had a surge problem. Went away. Not sure why. Had did a clutch adjustment. And stopped. Now months later, it is doing it again. Tried adjusting clutch again. Didn't help.
I'm assuming several possibilities. Computer problem or sensor. Dirt in injector. Water in fuel. Idk. I can tell it is sucking more air than normal

By the way, since it had stopped, i noticed if i didn't let fuel pump ruin before starting it would do it to a lesser extent. Now it does it regardless and more so
