My engine is stalling at 14 mph when the drivers side seat belt is used..I haven't made any aleterations to the seat belt....I have to buckle and un-buckle the seat belt several times before it runs as should, than after a little while it'll act up again....any suggestions?

Sounds like your Honda Lawyer's Safety switch is having issues. I'd try cleaning the electrical connection. Or you could do the bypass method if you wanted while you are looking at it.

Does the seatbelt light on the dash go out when it is being used?

It'll stay off until I move it around.....it acts like a bad connection.....I take JeremieBakers advice and try cleaning it...

Mine did the same thing, it was frustrating. So I opened up the seat belt receiver and removed the tiny magnet, put it back together, no more issues, ever!
