Eagle Plow Mount HELP!

Hello to all!

Received my complete system today. Been trying to get the mount to attach to the frame per instructions, but it was fabricated so tight I cannot get anything to line up! Of course I could take a grinder to it but I feel I should not have to. Anyone have this same problem?

Idahohntr, wished I could help. But I do not have any experience with a plow or plow system.
