E-Track on trailer for Pioneer - Through bolt or Lag?

Hey guys - just bought a 16' utility trailer and want to install some E-track to secure it with. Will Lags be sufficient or do I need to through bolt it? Trailer has 2x6 or 8" wood floor.

Through bolt with flat washers is my recommendation.

I would through bolt on the steel cross members, I wouldn't want to rely on the wood alone

I put a backing angle on bottom that spreads the load to two 2x8's.

10-4 I'm really only using the E-track for the front wheel bonnet that keep it from rolling backwards. I will connect the "OH SHYT" rear ratchet strap to the welded side wall uprights.
