P1000 Dust cover replacement Piece brake cover!!!!!

We have made the first steps into making the replacement dust covers for Honda pioneer 1000. This part is going to be aluminum 1/8-3/16 thick and replace the black plastic guard that comes on your pioneer. Some people have been following this so just posting an update post! Also the guard will come in a wider profile option for those of you with wheel spacers to make up for the wheel being further out!
Will post some pics soon of the R&D pieces being made! Like or post letting me know what you think.

I about ruined the inside boot with aluminum a Honda a arm guard, bent guard in my field and guard was rubbing boot, that was in the first five minutes, ordered trail Armor every thing, no more boot rubbing. No more aluminum guards for me. But your door bushings look great!
