I see where some use the single gauge that displays voltage from both batteries and I see some setups that have a gauge for each battery. Is one way more accurate or reliable over the other or is it a matter of person preference?

Here is my setup. I used 2 separate gauges as I had 2 round holes in my PBR plate which is similar to OP picture.View attachment 207796

Just curious
What switches are you running relays on?

I believe I have separate relays for the light bar and side lights. I installed a stinger and separate fuse panel to run all the accessories through with second battery.

The Blue Sea voltage gauges are made for day or night visibility. They are for marine use but if you get them I added some silicone around where the metal prongs come out the back to keep any water out. Don’t ask how I found this out. Got mine at West Marine.

I’ve done the second battery, fuse panel, stinger and on off on switch install (THANKS TO THIS AWSOME SITE),I ran two led,48watt cubes in the back and wondering if I need to put them on a relay. I have them wired to my fuse panel now.
