Im about to begin install the dual battery with dual volt meter. Im almost set jus need some clarification that I couldn't find in other posts.

What needs to go between fuse box and 2nd battery? positive bus bar?

Where do I connect the key on power?

If the fuse box is wires to aux battery will all accessories be on all the time?

A Stinger or other large relay control method.

Where do I connect the key on power?
What year machine?
2016-2021 you need this... or you have to tap a key-on wire
2022+ you can use the new ACC port.

If the fuse box is wires to aux battery will all accessories be on all the time?
Yes, that's the job of the stinger.
But if you want to control it you can get our new Relay control harness. Or, run it key-on only.

Any high-amp relay/solenoid will work.
A 50+ amp rating will do for most use cases.
The stinger is 80 amp rating.
It needs to say CONTINUOUS DUTY.
A starter solenoid will not work.

In the photo. We only have the one battery.

If you had a second battery, you would just relocate the wire to the second battery.
So.. yes.

I only have one OEM battery, the purpose of the stinger is to cut off all added accessories or turn them on with or without key-on power. Nothing prevents you from running it from a 2nd battery, you just have to add a 2nd battery kit from OEM to 2nd battery to ensure it charges and disconnects to avoid draining the OEM primary battery.

You only need a 2nd battery if you fancy yourself an offroad DJ that want's everyone else to listen to your music at 160Db or you need to winch so much due to poor decisions off-road.

To the Cole relay.
Follow the wire diagram @JACKAL posted....
Except for the battery, you will go to the second battery with ground and positive.
