But what's the reason for the 2, 100A beakers to the isolator?

I understand the thought of "peice of mind". But realize if it shorts. Those 100A breaker won't stop that small ground wire from frying off. Assuming that's why you have them.

This is just an outline of how to do a dual battery setup. Some people have to see it to understand .With this illustration and a bit more homework On how to make a fuse relay bord anyone could have a kickass Dual battery system that you can control with the flip of a switch.I only have a 200 amp fuse off my secondary battery going to a solenoid that I can turn on and off with a switch. My secondary battery is under my seat.
