Dragonfire harness parts

I bought a new 3" harness off of evilbay, new condition, just missing one of the lap belt sides. I thought it would be easy to locate the missing strap from dragonfire. Wrong. I can't even get a hold of anyone there. I've tried calling multiple times, left messages, tried email....nothing. If this is what their customer service is like I'll never buy another product with their logo again.
Does anyone know where I can locate one of these belt straps in red?

It came from a polaris dealer on evilbay, and I knew it was missing the strap so I got a good deal on it. We (the seller and I) thought it would be easy to get a replacement strap from dragonfire. Nope.
