Guys I seen this on another forum my be some help. If u look on your doors down low there is a recessed place and has drill dimples at each corner that is for a cup holder I believe the pk1-5 and 700-4 has them on all the doors I found the part numbers for them and orders them they are held on with push pins here is the part number for the cup holder # 68106-HL3 hope this helps
