P700 Does lift cause cv issues?

I just installed new shocks on my 700-4 which raised the clearance about 1.5 inches. I had put a strongmade lift kit on a while back and now the rear clearance is a little over 14 inches. The front is at 12 inches. Didn't realize the new shocks would lift it that much more. The cv joints don't feel like they are binding at all when lifting it off the ground and spinning the tires. Is that to much lift for the stock cv joints to handle?

They are off brand Bronco shocks. Still not sure about them. Reviews are really mixed on them so not sure if they are any good yet. I have posted pics in other threads. I live in Louisiana and it wont quit raining so I can try them out.

I did the P1K shock swap on all 4 corners, went up right about 2" and all is well.

Thanks Glock21user I appreciate the response. I feel more comfortable about it. I did put some 1.5 inch wheel spacers on to help offset the extra height from the original lift kit that was installed. Now that the shocks lifted it even more I am glad those on there for a little extra width.

Hate to bring this up but I have spent more time trying to search these shock swaps on the forum on the 700-4 to get a 2" lift and better ride other than buying fox for over $1500 can someone please help me with a link for p1 shocks/broncos/ can-ams anything

Search the classified section here and anywhere you can for 4 P1K front shocks then buy the bushing kit from @RB3offroad or make your own like I did and never look back.
Yes 4 front shocks for a P1K to do all 4 corners of a P700-4.

Afternoon all I now have a 21 pioneer 700-4 just put on blackwater 27” on stock rims and waiting for 1.5” spacers and the 2” highlifter kit hopefully this helps with my bottoming out issue my oem skid plate is trashed ! Trying to find a skid plate in Ontario is a real pain

I also have a 2021 700-4. Everyone on here told me that I would be replacing the shocks. I thought I knew better and didn't want to spend the amazing amount they want for replacement shocks. I didn't put bigger tires on yet but do have a 2.5 inch lift and 1.5 inch wheel spacers. Well I just put on some off brand shocks that I haven't had a chance to try out yet but they are gas shocks and already can tell they are way better than stock. With the stock shocks I couldn't go down a hill with my brakes on without hitting the skid plate on tons of rocks and stumps I missed on the way up. The new shocks also gave me another 1.5 inch lift. Time will tell if I actually saved money by going this route or just wasted a chunk by trying to save some.

They are Bronco gas shocks. I have other threads with pictures but no real test except running around in the neighborhood on asphalt. You can tell the difference by less body lean and when slamming on the brakes it doesn't nose dive as much and settles much faster instead of rocking up and down.
