P700 Dies when apply throttle

I have a 2018 pioneer 700-4 starts and idles perfectly but as soon as you press the throttle it dies. Throttle position sensor maybe?

So a fella who has a couple of Pioneers asked me to look at one. A 2014 Pioneer 700-4 describes the issue as it won't climb the hill at his lake house. Told him I would pick it up and check it out. So today I wasn't busy and decided to see what's going on with it. Fired right up took it 300...

Nearly the same problem. Dies if you try to get it over 10mph. Dealer unable to read codes, suggested changing the spark plugs.

Is that with your seatbelt on? It has a safety feature to not go over a certain speed if the belts are not worn.

Same line of thought. I was thinking baffle loose in the muffler.

Emergency break is set?

Brilliant. Cost me $400 for not knowing that. But turns out neither did my Honda dealership that charged me $300 to switch the spark plugs. The rest of it ($100) was getting it towed to the dealer since they have no people to either pick up or deliver on repairs. Not sure why Honda does not put that as a warning somewhere??
