I had tagged onto an old thread hoping to get help on a problem I am having with a new Denali Pro for my 2022 P31000. A couple others had mentioned having the same issue so I thought I would post this separate thread with the fix.
The problem is not being able to adjust the plow feet to be perpendicular to the ground. I had tried everything starting with using the shortest side of the supplied blade stop blocks to completely removing any stop period always had the forward tilt to the feet. With no stop at all the blade just hits the frame and still doesn’t allow the feet to sit level on the ground.
The fix from Motoalliance is to purchase a set of adaptors as if the machine has a lift kit in it…. for $80. I’m sure that will resolve the problem and plan to order them in a few minutes, but I don’t know why the adaptor should be needed. My machine is a stock Deluxe model with stock wheels and tires. It is not lifted at all. Anyway, for those of you that may be having the same problem the fix is to lower the mounting point to the machine.

Just an update. I bought the lowering brackets but they made very little difference. The brackets did not fit well on my plow frame. Either one was bent too much or my frame had not been bent enough. Went ahead and installed them anyway and was surprised that there was little change to the plow feet angles. I am pretty certain that the bracket that holds the foot on the big end of the plow was welded on upside down. Any way, guess I’ll have to live with the alignment problem. I do have to say I am not very happy with the quality of the plow system..

Which part do you think is upside down? Do you have a picture?

I believe it’s the bracket that holds the foot on the large end of the blade.

Yup, I can’t get that angle with this Denali. It leans the other way. With full adjustment and the 2” lowering bracket kit I can get the small side vertical, at best but the large side is still slightly tilted forward….

Not going to lie I am not really digging my new Denalli Pro. I posted video in the other thread of how much slop is in the pins. We got snow last night so I was excited to use it. Hydroturn worked great for a bit. Then the blade wouldn't move. You can hear the contactor and it sounds like the actuator but no movement. So it is stuck in the angled right position. Any thoughts? It's not like I was pushing massive amounts of snow. We got 4" of powder.

I’m a bit lost on why your worried about the angle of the feet…their sole purpose is to hold the blade up …precise angle doesn’t matter in grand scheme. It’s not a gps guided road blade.

I don’t know about the newer plows but my ‘18 Denali the height is adjusted by moving washers to the bottom side of the foot and then reinserted. As the feet wear, you move washers until the feet are replaced. Your photo is exactly how my plows looks on my stock height ‘18 P1k5.

As I mentioned in the previous post, this isn’t a precision road blade. The slop in the pins is necessary as the blade will articulate at different rate than your buggy. Fastest way to tear up your blade or buggy mounts would be to remove that play.

As far as your hydro turn, it sounds like you got a poor connection most likely on the battery direct side of the contactor relay.

You’ll need to use a multi meter to see if you’re getting power thru the contactor relay.

I get a little slop. This seems over the top and its way more than my father's Warn plow has. Sent it to Hondasxs and he thought it was excessive.

Your definition of a little and mine aren’t the same and neither is a Warn Engineer vs Motoalliance Engineer either 🤷‍♂️

My Denali plow has 4 seasons of hard use on a 200 yard gravel driveway plus 4 other neighbors plus ice fishing and it’s held up to the abuse like a champ.

🤷‍♂️

You can see the impact the feet position have on the tip of the blade angle in the diagram above. If the blade tip is angled down it’s more likely to catch the ground. Probably not a huge issue on small, flat surfaces but my driveway is 1/4 mile long with very steep, alternating contours. The way the feet are angled forward results in the leading edge of the feet them selves catching contours.

Or catching control joints in the concrete. I added a piece of conveyor belt material to the cutting edge and it eliminating chipping the joints. Probably wouldn't wear well on a stone driveway though.

Got the hydroturn working again. After this talk about feet and blade angle I checked mine and the blade does "lean forward riding on the front part of the feet. This is the play I was talking about.

You want a little movement there but that does seem excessive. Do the holes look allowed out?

Not really imo.
Does anybody use a rubber plug for the hydroturn when you have the plow off? This week's snow was likely the last of the season. Gonna be 60 next week. On to tornado season.
