That's northern Canada for you. Remember the exchange rate of .75... So it's probably US$ 11,200 which is still high. I envy the US prices.

I thought the exchange rate was closer to 1:1...taxes make up difference?

I wish!! The official exchange rate is around 0.80. But a bank will take their cut so actually a C$ is around .78.
