P700 dash lights constant blinking

I have a 2018 700-4 deluxe. When I turn the key I don't hear the fuel injector prime and the dash lights start blinking. The battery is charged and almost brand new. I have to disconnect the battery to get the dash lights to stop as they will continue blinking with the key removed. When I turn the key the battery sounds like it's grinding but the starter doesn't turn. Any help is appreciated.

Sounds to me like it is either a bad ground or the battery.
Have you load tested the battery yet?

The battery needs charged or replaced.

Ive gotten new units in like this and the low voltage hangs the relay and stops the dash from shutting off. Battery voltage is too low.

Thanks to all. It was the baterry. First time ever I had a battery go bad literally in one month. After studying up and realizing the flashing was the code 64, I found that translated into less than 6.5 V. I had the battery tested and orielly stood by the product and gave me a new one.
