P1000 CV Boot

Pardon my ignorance. First time posting, so giving this a shot....does anyone know the part number for the CV Boot on the front of a 2015 1000-5? I've been kicking around the web...but want to get it right the first time.

Here is the boot kit number. 44240-HL4-A01. I got it at Rocky Mountain. 2 boots and 4 clamps
