Any idea where to get these for <$4.00 each?

If I recall, the last time I got them from Honda they came in a bag of 10. If not, a quick google search with the number comes up with 10 from ebay for that price.

I found them on Ebay too, but said come from China. I'd like to not wait 4-6 wks for delivery. Just trying to see if others are finding them else where
