My P1000-5 is making a noticeable “click” soundright before is upshifts into any gear. Haven’t noticed it while downshifting. It will do it in AT and MT modes. Should it be checked or is it normal?

My 2022 pioneer 1000 dose it too. I was just assuming it was normal. I don’t even have 25 hours on it yet. Every time it gets warm I smell the plastic and new metal wearing in.My P1000-5 is making a noticeable “click” soundright before is upshifts into any gear. Haven’t noticed it while downshifting. Thanks; I had a P700-4 and never noticed the clicking, I haven’t owned the P1000-5 very long and was just curious if that was normal or needed checked. Appreciate the helpful responses. It's just the shift solenoid (not sure what Honda calls it), it's how the whole thing works.
