Clicking noise in rear end area of hp500.

When I first start to ride I am hearing a clicking noise from the back of my ride. It only lasts for maybe 20 to 30 feet and then its gone. I was just wondering if if anybody else is getting this noise. The guys I ride with with have heard it to but it goes away to quick to get a fix on it. After this I go out and give it hell, like the way I always ride and it does a great job. It reminds me of a cv joint that's broke. Any ideas?

Only thing I can think of is the rear rotor adjusting. What happens if you lightly press the break during this time?
