Looking for some input here. If I want to park a P700-4 in my basement there's no doubt about it I will have to chop the top. I'm not crazy about the shape of the P700-4 roof to start with, so if I'm going to start cutting I may just do some kind of flat roof. I think a fully flat roof will look too golf cart-ish so my idea is to have it higher in the middle and slope down to the front and rear.
I'm open to all suggestions, but particularly on what your thoughts are on leaving the middle post curved at the top, or cut the curve off and extend it straight on up to where the peak will be. My photoshop skills are non existent so here's the best I can come up with on paint. Sorry to whoever's pic I stole with the people in it, but needed some idea of where heads will be
