Buying in Virginia or North Carolina?

New to SxS’s. Wont be buying for a while but saving up. Live in central virginia. Looking for a 2 seater 1000r. Local dealer has one for 22k otd. But no deals for cash or financing. Anyone found better luck in Richmond? Or north carolina somewhere?
