Busted Aluminum arms

I have an issue and need a little help. There are 2 aluminum arms that go from a bar to the rear wheel frame. one arm for each side. Does anyone know what they are called because both of mine are snapped. I have the 5 year warranty so I hope it is covered.

Is it common for them to bust?

Not too common. But it does happen. How rough u been on it?
Most likely it will not be covered.

It has not been beat on at all.

Joel54, what did the dealer say about it? I'm just wondering if they covered it or not?
