I just bought a tough country bumper and having problem with location for the 2 rectangular spacers. Can someone attach a picture of their install?

Can you attack a pic of exact what you are referring to? Been 3 yrs since I mounted mine, so I don't recall the finer details ..... lol

BigOL3 thanks for replying, but I finally figured it out. It was the two rectangular spacers.
