Hello

I drive in the dark with my pioneer 700 alot. I don't like the brightness of the stock headlight bulbs. Does anyone know a really bright, good quality led headlight bulb that they would recommend or have tried.
Thank you

I had the same feeling so. I don't know if these are the best but I bought a pair of them on Amazon for $40. They were direct replacements. Took about 5 min. to replace them. I am quite happy with them.

Stark Industries 880/881/893/899 Phantom Series 66W LED Headlights Conversion Kit 6000K White IP68 Waterproof.

Kevin

We used these. Work GREAT! Picked this model Stark as they do not need the cooling fan, newer model as well.
Really like them as they run cool in the light fixture, easy install, fit very well, $40, put out a nice light pattern, very bright.

Buggyman, sometimes you can trim the tabs on the new bulbs to fit older style sockets. I’ve done this on a few cars, the last was a Honda Accord switching from H9 to H11 bulbs to brighten the low beams. I used a pair of wire snips to trim the bulb tabs. The result worked very well. Give it a go, you will like the LEDs.

The 880 series has a large heat sink on them. I would have to cut the housing up then the dust cover won't work. Original bulb is GE 862, Honda didn't know what it was so I had to pull 1 to see.Screenshot 20221012 171241PXL 20221003 190351612

@buggyman,
This should solve the issue on your 2014.
….at least it did for the guy in the first review.
