Anyone have any luck stopping the rattle from the bed when the trail turns into a washboard? I have a limited 3 seater. Any suggestions would be great.

I think these are the main cause of bed rattle. I wouldnt do anything to reduce it.

Sure did! I thought I had it taken care of with the fuel line over the latch. Still shakes and rattles a bit.
The way I stopped mine was to carefully adjust the latches a little tighter at a time until I had to sort of "slam" the bed down. That way it compresses the rubber padmounts a tiny bit and keeps the bed from moving. No rattles and no hose or tape around the latches. It just takes time, patience and trial and error to get both sides perfect, but once you do, you'll never have anymore bed rattles.

While you're still younger, do a lot of shooting with no or inadequate hearing protection. You can then look forward to no bed rattles (and no wife carping at you either), just peace and quiet in your old age. I hardly ever wear hearing aids as my wife won't talk to me unless I have 'em on.

I zip tied rubber vacuum tubing on the latch strikers for bed and doors, electrical tape works too. A good set of new shocks also helps with rattles. Once i started using my Pioneer more often the rattles were so bad i had to figure out a solution. Search youtube for videos.

I've thought about putting an actuator on so that you could pull the bed down tight to the frame and dump the bed. Haven't done it yet though. For now gorilla tape around the latches is doing the job.

True that, I've noticed and been doing for years. I don't have hearing aids and don't need them, although everyone feels I do. Don't you younger guys tell your woman as they all seem to know one another.

For the front doors, I adjusted the rubber bumper stops. For all others, I did the tubing trick on the latch catches. 100% rattle free ATM after ~450 miles of TN and MI trails. See my build thread.
