A little over 4,000 miles on the P500. Right front upper ball joint cap missing. I could see the ball in the ball joint. Replaced it. Ready for another 4,000 miles. LOL
At least you did it before it broke! I have to put in new ball joints, bearings, tie rod ends, brakes and oil change! Lol I still have my stock ball joints in the stock A arms so I'm going to use them and save a little money!A little over 4,000 miles on the P500. Right front upper ball joint cap missing. I bought all four. I have three spares. LOLHad to look at your ownership status and then it made sense. Unless you run into something P5's don't break.
They don’t make rags like that anymore.....🤔Old fart story time....
When I bought a 1970 Chevy 1/2ton years ago the tie rod joints were wrapped in rags. The boots were either damaged or gone. I never removed the rags to see. They were well soaked in grease. They stayed that way all the 10 years I had it and keep the joints greased. My buddy bought it and kept it another 7-8 years. The rags were still on it when he got rid of it.
