Heading to Athens in a few weeks for training.
I will have a week end in between weeks with little to do.

Anyone know if there are any good SXS trails?
If not, any good roads for 2 wheels?
Guessing it is fairly flat, straight and hot so hoping there is something for the SXS.

Any ideas appreciated.

River run is between Jacksonville and Frankston,Tx not far from Athens. Theres a few trails but its mainly mud (when wet).

Barnwell mountain is in Gilmer, Tx a little further away. It has trails (mild to wild).

I've been to both several times.


Those are the closest to Athens that I know of.
