P500 Anyone using a "Bison" front bumper/brush guard

I know the SM bumpers are popular and look like they are extremely well made. Just running down options and I found these via a Duckduck search. Reminiscent of an OE bumper with a little extra protection around the headlight lenses.

Nothing came up in a search here? I know I've seen them on a few P5's. They are the same price, but the SM is well, strong made. The SM looks better although that's subjective. The SM provides a ready made location for a winch mount, and a nice one to boot, as well as a better mounting spot for a light bar.

but more for looks than strength. ....
if your climbing hills...lower mount..
keeps weight lower...& has more leverage
...as its already tippy...logic says .....I run in
the desert as well...so the open radiator
I feel ...is a plus...

I don't have any particular issue with the SM. It is a heavy duty looking piece of kit. Just taking a look at some of the options. What I'm finding is that there are really not a lot of options. Going to use my standard criteria for screening, "hunting rig", utility work around the camp (for now).

& the weight is more with sm...
shocks suck...I like the Bison
better than Honda...

Yep fer' sure. I like the headlight protection over the OE.

...not to create more problems

Definitely must purchase what suits your own needs and taste, therefore looking at all options (which includes building your own) is prudent.

Did you add a winch after putting on the Bison Bumper? Just curious because i am finding most people say the winch plate wont work with that bumper.
