P500 Anyone remove stock A-Arm bushings?

I am considering getting the SATV bushings, but I have a big ride coming up and may not have time to change them if getting these rubber bushings out of the Arms, so I thought I would see if anyone has ever tried removal. I have a press, but if I could use all thread and make a spreader it would get done faster.

This is the best way IMO , I've done this several times and works great !

Yeah, I really don't want to burn them out. It stinks to high hell and cant be good on the lightweight metal these are made of. I can push them out with a cutter on my press, I just wanted to avoid removing them off the machine if possible.
