I have the same trailer, it's been great. If I were buying today though I'd get at least 14' and preferably a tilt.I have had this Featherlite for 19 years. It is 10 ft x 6.5 ft. You can see that the 1000 uses all of the trailer. If I were buying today I would get at least a 12 ft or perhaps a 16 ft double axle.
The Featherlite is a good quality product. I have never had any issues with this one. I could probably sell it for more than I paid but replacing it would cost even more.
There are so many brands out there to choose from so quality will vary. Good luck!
