almost stalls out

I have a 2014 SxS 700 , and under a load , or up hill either just before shifing out of 1st gear or in 2nd gear the engine will bog down and almost stall out if under 1/2 throttle or more, you can sit in Neutral and rev it all day long, no issue, however up a hill or incline undr throttle it acts like its starving for fuel.

Have the muffler checked, that has been one source of power loss.
