Does anyone have comments on putting a spray tank and electric pump in the bed.
I"m curious if the charging system will handle it with out adding a second battery ?
Would be interested in pics or comments on how you did your set up.
Thanks !

The pumps on the UTV size sprayers don’t really draw that much power.

A heater fan motor draws way more power in comparison.

I usually just pull my battery out of my lawn mower cause I don’t want to string wire to under the hood. This is something else you could consider too.

Thanks for the replies. I have a 26 gallon for my atv, its tired and so am I of mounting it and continually filling it.
I'm thinking of going with an Enduraplas or F/S Manufactuing, for a little more capacity.

Just seen this thread lol.

I have a 20gal electric pump sprayer I put in my bed that I use for fertilizing my food plots. I just put a small battery in the bed and hook the alligator clips to it. like said before, they draw low power so if u hooked to your secondary battery I don't think you’ll have issues.

The biggest electric sprayer pump I found only draws 23 amps at full load. That's at 9 gallon per minute, my 5 gpm runs through a 15 amp fuse, and I haven't blown the fuse. No need for a second battery.

I ended up just setting a group 30 out of a tractor in the bed. I have a few of them around so that's the easiest.
Ran about 3 tanks through it so far.
It did come with brackets for a spray boom but I took them off.
