P700 Added rear bumper

Built a rear bumper for the 700 D2, tilts with the bed when the bed if lifted.

I added the bumper to protect the led flashing lights I installed on the rear corners of the box, it wouldn't take much to crush them.

You are right. Mine had broken lens, had to replace the whole unit. I would like one especially if could extend to tail light level on sides. Maybe up to where tailgate drops down for extra tail gate support.
