I seen these on eBay couldn't bring myself to buy them cause I didn't know if they would affect the brightness of the headlights and I dont have a light bar or anything (yet). Is there a difference with them at night?

I don't know the transparency % , they do have a bunch of small holes in them for trancparency though......... I will get a pic for you tonight !
