The pictures are self explanatory but you can hardly see the bolt on the lower part of the heat shield it really stiffened things up.
I thought the squirrel cage fan should run quieter then a three or four blade fan but don't have nothing to compare it to.

That is a nice looking install. I'd also be willing to bet they are quieter than bladed fans. Well done.
