500 top speed

the 500 has the same final drives as the 700 but thay left the front locker off for room.
that being said I got it from a good sources the ring gears from the pioneer will fit right in the 500.
that make the final raitio go from 4.07 to 340. more top speed. should be the same as the foreman

I know for a fact the Forman ring gear is different from the P500. Looked it up a while back. I'm bout to look up the P700 now.
Just looked at the parts fische. Looks like the 700 gears will go right in the p500, ring and pinion.

Does this mean 700 owners could swap to p500 gears for lower ratio?

That would be a GREAT mod for the 700 guys that want more power and don't really need the top end speed!
