Got the taller tires installed, and have the 12oclock Labs calibrator. Just want to know if the wiring harness circled is where the calibrator is to be plugged in (located under rear seat). I disconnected it and drove a bit...and the speedometer read "0", so that may be the one, but want to be sure. Using the search feature shows only earlier models with the plug in a totally different location.

Installed the 1" RB3 spacers...

...much better.

I didn't think the SpeedoDRD worked since they changed over to mostly Canbus communication 2022.
Maybe they found a solution.
I have no clue, but this is the one i ordered...

When you disconnected that sensor, did the machine shift?
Good question...I never paid attention to that. I checked it doing a short trip down the driveway.
I'll check soon.

I want to say earlier models of the P1k required 3 speed correctors. 1 on each diff, and 1 on subtrans. I may be talking out my ass though. That is why I asked if it would shift. I think it needs all 3 to be within range of each other to shift.

I just checked, and it would not shift with the sensor disconnected.
I installed the calibrator to complete the circuit, and shifting is normal...I removed it until i can mess with the calibrating later.

It may not shift if all 3 sensors don't match up.

Honestly, I would use a GPS app on your phone to see how far off the speed really is. It may be a non-issue for you if it is only off 1-2 MPH.

Thanks!...good idea. I'll check with the Garmin later.

I have been talking to @Trevan about his install of the calibrator to compensate for the speedo with tracks installed. He said he just installed it on the rear differential and everything shifts and works like it should. I haven't got around to trying it as I have removed my tracks but will be something I will try this winter. He says he even leaves it on during the summer and just adjusts the calibration back to zero. Hope you can make something work.

Yes, That is how it worked for 16-21 models.
2022, they removed/relocated that sensor.

Sounds good. I just looked at the parts diagram and see that. Thanks for the clarification. I see some models have a speed sensor for each of the rear cv shafts. I'm guessing for the 4wd or breaking system. Hope @540RA can get it to work.

Honda road vehicles have been found to be off on their speedos always in the direction that ends your warranty sooner than actual mileage. Maybe your bigger tires will make it more accurate. 🤷🏿

I have no doubt that it will work, I want to be sure that the sensor location circled above is the proper place to plug it in. The instructions have no diagrams. They cover many makes and models.
But I am going to do as Neohio suggested and take it for a ride to see how far off the speedo is with these tires.

Quick run up the nearby paved road...it has a few curves so i couldn't keep a steady top speed for too long. Was on and off the gas pedal a bit, and the handheld GPS was a second behind on the read, but this gives an idea on how far off the odometer is.

With the speed being that close. I would leave it alone and return the speedo adapter.
What size tire are you running?

I run 30” tires and am only off by ~5-6 mph at over 45. 1-2 at low speed. I wouldn’t worry about 1-2 at high speed at all.
