P1000 2020 pioneer 1000-5 Mil code 18

Ok so the mil blinks out a code 18 when the key is turned on (1 blink pause 8 blinks) I believe it has to do with the TPS. I have tried clearing but it comes right back and the machine will not take throttle but will idle all day. Engine was removed and reinstalled any help would be nice.

There is a TP reset procedure you may need to do.
