P1000 2020 Honda recall (parking collar)

My machine came up on the list for the recall and is one of the machines that did not have the collar in place.
My question is do they have to drain the oil and then get reimbursed by Honda for the oil change?
I dont know what is involved in the warranty repair (how much is torn down.)

Yes.
To inspect it. The sub trans oil gets changed.

To fix it. The whole sub trans case will have to be split to install the collar.

FYI. This is different than the dct trans/motor oil.
